COVID-19 Announcement (11/11/20)
Frontrunners in Brentwood re-opened on Monday May 25th but to a different environment. We have been under strict protocols and so far it has been successful! We continue to social distance as well as keep our store squeaky clean. Even though COVID has made things interesting in the retail world, our products, brands and customer service are still completely intact!
We understand you might be hesitant to shop in store at this time. We've got you! We offer in-store pickup and curb-side pickup. We can also ship to your house or local delivery. A great option for same-day delivery is Postmates. Your item(s) will be delivered the day you order at the same price as ground shipping!
If you choose curb-side pickup, please pull up in front of the store (the parking lot) not on San Vicente Blvd. Then give us a call at (310) 207-0216 and we’ll deliver your order to the car. If possible, please pop the automatic trunk and do not get out of the car for a touchless purchase. Although, we do promise to give an Air High 5 or at least an appropriate wave.
While curb-side pickup and delivery is great, what about shopping in store? Apparel is often hard to purchase online without trying it on first to ensure the perfect fit. We have thought this through! We ensure that all of our apparel is disinfected after a customer tries it on. We have a dedicated dressing room that has been set aside purely for sanitizing product.
To further ensure our commitment to staying safe and healthy, we promise not to come to work when feeling ill, please respect us the way we do you, and stay home if feeling ill. Our hours have adjusted slightly in order to properly clean the store every evening. We all wear masks and politely ask you to do the same. We do not physically help slide a shoe on your foot but have sanitized shoe horns for use. Normally we’re very proud to showcase all the great fabrics and accessory items in the store, but please limit the amount of touching to products you are very interested in. These procedures are not only designed to reduce any chances of contracting Covid-19, but they're also in place to ensure you that Frontrunners is a safe place to shop, and that we're doing everything possible to be a respectful member of our great community.
There's no doubt these changes will feel awkward and strange for a little while. But we promise to stay positive, friendly and as always stay completely focused on providing World Class customer service to the next person who walks thru the door.
