This product was made in a factory that supports women in Ugg's supply chain with the help of HERproject. This collaborative initiative creates partnerships with brands like ours to empower and educate women in the workplace.

The outsole of this product is either a sugarcane EVA outsole, which is a responsible compound using sugarcane foam that allows us to reduce dependency on fossil fuels by replacing petroleum-based ethylene, or a Treadlite by UGG™ outsole.

The Frontrunners LA Refund/Return Policy allows for Unused Footwear, Apparel or Accessories (excluding nutrition/food) to be Properly Returned within 30 days of Purchase. We’re a Specialty Store with 2 physical locations that strives to provide world class customer service to every customer. Therefore (if and only if) you live in LA County, Footwear may be Used and Returned to any of our 2 locations up to 15 days following the online purchase. We will also notify you via email if your refund request has been rejected. Although, this is rare and does not occur if the above steps are followed. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Please note, even though we immediately issue the Credit, it may take a few days for the Refund to finalize on your statement. This is due to credit card and banks best practices. If it does not quickly appear, please wait a couple more days.
