This plush shoe is optimized for your comfort by being lightweight, responsive, durable and cushioned. Whether you are on your feet all day for work, enjoying a daily walk or training for a marathon, the Brooks Glycerin GTS 21 gives you a stable and plush experience.

Brooks uses its GuideRail® technology to support your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess motion in check, ideal for those with flexible arches or who overpronate and like a bit of extra stability.

Details

  • Upper - A new, engineered warp knit upper improves the fit and feel on your foot. It is breathable and flexible, while still being soft and secure.
  • Midsole - the new nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 is added to the Glycerin GTS and there is even more of it to give you a plush, durable and responsive ride. A broad platform makes sure you have smooth heel-to-toe transitions.
  • Stability - Brooks’ GuideRail® holistic support system supports your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check, similar to bumpers on a bowling alley.
  • Outsole - New RoadTrack rubber on the outsole is lightweight, durable and includes recycled silica.

Shipping Policy

Purchased items will be shipped from one of our warehouses within 2-4 business days of the order, although most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. (Our business days are: Monday – Friday) Shipping prices are determined directly from UPS. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your entire order, the package size and the destination. We ship from locations in both Los Angeles and NYC. Often the location with the shortest time in transit is selected, although not always. All orders are shipped via UPS with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer due to weather and Holiday periods. We are available from Monday to Friday to answer your questions. Return Policy

The Frontrunners LA Refund/Return Policy allows for Unused Footwear, Apparel or Accessories (excluding nutrition/food) to be Properly Returned within 30 days of Purchase. We’re a Specialty Store with 2 physical locations that strives to provide world class customer service to every customer. Therefore (if and only if) you live in LA County, Footwear may be Used and Returned to any of our 2 locations up to 15 days following the online purchase.  Please note this is only for local customers. Used Footwear cannot be Returned in any other case. If so, a Refund will not be provided. If the Product was marked as FINAL SALE, it is not eligible for a Refund, Return, or Exchange. Several Types of products are exempt from the 15-day Return Policy: Any Used Apparel cannot be Returned as well as any Accessories. This includes any Nutritional Items. This will be strictly enforced. Additional non-returnable items: (Gift cards) If there’s an original shipping charge, it is not refundable, however we do provide a Free Shipping Label to return the products.To start your return, please send an email to: orders@shop.frontrunnersla.com We’ll very quickly email you a Prepaid USPS Return Label. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, any returns sent this way will no longer be available for a refund from Frontrunners LA.Please note a working email is required to process returns. Refunds (if applicable): We make processing returns a priority. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email notifying you the refund has been processed. We will also notify you via email if your refund request has been rejected.  Although, this is rare and does not occur if the above steps are followed. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):   Please note, even though we immediately issue the Credit, it may take a few days for the Refund to finalize on your statement. This is due to credit card and banks best practices. If it does not quickly appear, please wait a couple more days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.If it is still not received, please contact your bank.If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@shop.frontrunnersla.com -Sale items (if applicable):Sale items can be returned using the same Return Policy as above. -Exchanges (if applicable): Exchanges are logistically challenging to execute with online sales unless you visit our physical store.  We’d prefer to issue a refund/credit on the first order and then have a 2nd new order placed.  We’re able to create a Draft order and send it to you if that is the preference.  That Draft order will have a link direct to the cart and the new product.
