Enerzy foam offers next-level cushioning and energy return, while the Wave Plate delivers a stabilized feel with each step. Plus, the Wave Plate is now constructed with sustainable materials. The support continues through the outsole with the classic Flex Groove design that promotes flexibility in the forefoot for a more secure toe off. X10 rubber on the outsole offers the durability you need to run in your Wave Rider 25 over long miles of daily training and prevents uneven wearing.
