The Women's FuelCell SuperComp Trainer has all the tech you'd expect in a high end modern day running shoe. It features a very high stacked height midsole that houses a  carbon fiber plate, sandwiched between two layers of FuelCell cushioning, leaving a hollow channel through the middle of the shoe.

The plate is designed to flatten with each foot strike, and return energy as it reshapes, creating a high rebound sense of propulsion. The stack height is a whopping 47mm that provides tons of cushion and forward propulsion.
